Return Policies:

You can purchase items from Paraschos online shop with confidence because every item we sell comes with our highest recommendation. In any case that you are not satisfied from the product and is proved that doesnt meet the high quality  requirements, then Paraschos Co, will exchange it with a new one. All claims must be filed within 5 days after the receipt of order.

Damaged Goods:

Please examine your order immediately upon receipt for any damage. All instruments and accessories are examined and verified to be in perfect condition when packed.  Regardless of the appearance of the carton, any instrument or accessory that may have been damaged during transit must be reported to Paraschos Co immediately. All claims must be filed within 5 days after the receipt of order.
